Hochtief (UK) Construction Limited - Vary a full licence to abstract

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Hochtief (UK) Construction Limited to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number WA/065/0003/0003, which authorises the abstraction of water from an underground strata within the area formed by straight lines running between National Grid References SH 62475 37966, SH 62508 37965, SH 62507 37935 and SH 62475 37936. The variation applied for is to increase annual licenced quantities from 29,160 cubic metres to 43,800 cubic metres per year and to update the following National Grid References:

• Borehole A: from SH 62503 37980 to SH 62502 37976.
• Borehole B: from SH 62554 37950 to SH 62541 37947.
• Borehole C: from SH 62572 37877 to SH 62526 37904.
• Borehole E: from SH 62427 37907 to SH 62440 37913.
• Outfall Point Q: from SH 61888 37859 to SH 61888 37858.
