Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Saipem Limited for a full licence to abstract water from an underground strata within the boundary formed by straight lines running between National Grid References SJ 12157 84084, SJ 12426 84085, SJ 12509 83852 and SJ 12149 83859 at Point of Ayr Gas Terminal, Station Road, Talacre, Holywell. The proposal is to abstract water at the following rates and periods for dewatering purposes: 63 cubic metres an hour, 1,520 cubic metres a day and 555,033 cubic metres a year, all year.
