Dŵr Cymru Cyfyngedig - Vary a full licence to abstract
Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Dŵr Cymru Cyfyngedig to renew a full licence to abstract water, serial number 20/56/33/0014, which authorises the abstraction of water from a waterbody at National Grid Reference SO 17 12. The different terms renewal applied for is to apportion the annual licenced quantity between the two existing purposes as follows, without increasing or decreasing the currently licenced total annual quantity – a maximum of 1,440,000 cubic metres to be abstracted for the purpose of public water supply and a maximum of 4,901,670 cubic metres to be abstracted for the purpose of transfer for the subsequent purpose of public water supply.
